Qualified Psychotherapist &
AASW Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT) Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist
As a relational therapist, I practice predominantly from an Emotionally Focused Therapeutic (EFT) approach. My professional identity has been inspired and informed by the pioneer of attachment science, Dr John Bowlby, and furthered by the founder of EFT, Dr Sue Johnson; Esther Perel; Dr Julie & John Gottman, Brene Brown; Dr Dan Siegal; Dr Stephen Porges and many more...
For more than a decade I have worked across a range of clinical settings, from early intervention services with youth and families as well as in community supporting those recovering from severe and complex mental illness. I have extensive training and practice experience in various therapeutic approaches, acute crisis intervention as well as the provision of clinical supervision.
Outside of work I am a busy mum and partner, a lover of all dogs, most especially my cheeky Kelpie Cosmo. You will find me out in nature every moment I get - camping is my jam - along with warm summer days spent at the beach with my blended family. I am partial to Brisbane's best hot buffalo wings, love to travel and be active. I am born and bred on the land, raised on cattle and macadamia farms in Northern NSW- a special place I still call home.
Most recently I have been privileged to support our ADF members, veterans and their families, and first responders in navigating the unique challenges of high-pressure roles and exposure to trauma, helping to build resilience, process experience, and strengthen bonds with significant others. My core aim is to enhance personal and relational wellbeing through a strengths-based, feedback informed approach. Let's co-create a space that facilitates personal growth and guides you toward a life that is most aligned with your values and goals...

On March 2nd, 2026, I had the absolute privilege of meeting someone I deeply admire, Esther Perel.
Esther is a renowned psychotherapist and New York Times bestselling author known for her expertise in modern relationships, sexuality, and relational intelligence. Her seminal texts Mating in Captivity and The State of Affairs explore the intricacies of love, intimacy, and desire.
Esthers work has been foundational in informing my practice and I am so honoured to have shared an evening with her and my esteemed colleagues in the relational therapy field.
